How information is shared
Phone numbers and text consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. We may use service providers to process forms, deliver messages, and operate the service. They receive only information needed to perform those tasks, not permission to market to your contacts. We may disclose information when required by law.
Text messages and opting out
Submitting a signup form is not consent to receive marketing texts. Customer texting must be based on appropriate consent. Anyone who replies STOP is opted out and is never texted again through LionReply. You may also request an opt-out by emailing info@lionreply.com.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
